        Initial listing process was easy to complete. Explanation of process from Doris was very well explained. Follow up by both Robert and Doris has been very professional. It is very apparent that they both care each client and their issues. Would recommend Prello Reality to other perspective clients.

        Best experience selling my condo without 2-3% seller agent commission. I just paid $295. Also suggested attorney was amazing. I wish all the best and I hope smart seller will knock your door.

        They were the listing agent for a property I was intrested in. They showed very low professionalism. Asked about disclosures as there were none listed on the MLS, and no agent remarks. Was rudly told to go view the property. I don't trust he acted in good faith. Then instead of notifying agents when an offer would be picked, or sending out a message that one was picked, I had to keep an eye for the listing to go contingent. Not surprised to see other low reviews and their snarky replies.

      I am sorry the offer you submitted was not accepted by the seller. I can understand how frustrating that can be. I believe I know which property you're referring to; it was an unusual situation for us as well. That specific property was priced well below market by the seller, on purpose, to generate multiple offers. In the MLS property description we clearly stated the following: 1) that there were multiple offers on the property, 2) a specific deadline for offer submission and 3) that the only person that would be notified directly, would be the buyer whose offer was accepted (this was because of the large number of offers that were submitted). There were no disclosures posted to the MLS because this property was investor-owned. Since the seller did not occupy the property, no disclosures are required. Also, we do encourage all potential buyers to view a property prior to submitting an offer. Given our business model, we are not always familiar with a property's exact layout.
