We have had a truly wonderful experience working with Center Coast Realty to purchase a condo in Chicago. We can't find the right words to say enough good things about Brendan O'Donnell and Peter McGregory. They both made this whole adventure truly exceptional. They are both honest, personal and caring, and from day one they showed a genuine interest in helping us reach our goal and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. As first-time homebuyers from New York City, we had no idea what to expect when we contacted this team of Chicago realtors. We only knew about them after reading various positive reviews and watching Mike McElroy's videos online for months. We had a good feeling with this team, but we couldn't imagine that we were making one of the best decisions of our lives. These guys really rock! They are phenomenal! Brendan is a very caring and knowledgeable real estate agent who knows how to listen carefully to his clients and understands exactly what they want pretty quickly. He gave us excellent advice and recommendations without any pretense from our first phone call. He then carefully guided us through each step of the buying process in such a manner and with a level of organization that the entire transaction seemed almost effortless and fun throughout. Peter omnipresent and kind as the perfect accomplice in every decision-making, and even discovering hidden closets in the apartments we visited. It was certainly a lot of fun. We couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one we had with Brendan and Peter. They were both incredibly responsive, communicative and exceeded all of our expectations, an ideal team to work with. We will certainly miss our conversations while visiting the apartments, and we will always remember the excellent Prosecco that we were given to celebrate the closing. Brendan and his team are phenomenal! He did a thorough walk-through of my house, gave me a short to-do list, and was able to list and sell my house within weeks of our initial meeting. Center Coast Realty was a dream to work with, very understanding and accommodating to a busy schedule, the house closing and paperwork was very straightforward and I will be recommending Brendan and his team to all of my friends!
