We had seen Jordans YouTube videos and were impressed by his enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of the Chicago real estate market. He had an obvious passion for his profession, so when we decided to look for a home in Chicago, choosing a realtor was easy. Jordan did not disappoint. From the first phone call, we found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. We were only in Chicago for a few days and wanted to find a place before we flew home. Jordan quickly lined up an impressive selection of properties for us to tour, and when we chose a home, he deftly facilitated the purchase. He and his team guided us through the process and ensured the transaction was seamless. We were able to participate from our home in California, while Jordan and his team managed all the details on the ground in Chicago. We first spoke with Jordan in early December and by mid January we were the owners of an amazing Chicago Co-op. Needless to say, we recommend Jordan without reservation.

I've used Jordan twice now. No-one better in the Chicago market. He is so good at explaining every little detail and truly goes above and beyond. I told him I wanted a quick easy sell for my last place and he got it sold for 30K more than what we were even going to put it on the market for, without it ever going on! Now that is service. I have known Jordan for over 5 years (Sold and bought 3 homes). There is no one that cares more about their clients than Jordan. He works really hard and has great communication. Jordan is extremely knowledgable and works with a great team to make the selling/buying process stress free and enjoyable.
