I first met Gustavo Lopez at my last place of employment and I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of his business and gracious personality. We had a rental home and our home we were planning to sell and downsize to a new home. Gustavo did an excellent job for us on all! We received an offer on the rental house in 2 weeks. When we were ready Gustavo worked to find our next home which only took a couple of months because he knew exactly what we wanted and sent us only those homes that met our criteria. At the end of the road Gustavo put our second house on the market and we received an offer in a month! All this because Gustavo provided excellent guidance, suggestions and recommendations and we followed his lead.. Gustavo is a true professional who cares and works for his clients. He is experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. His patience and understanding of our needs made this huge undertaking for us Seniors, an excellent experience! With the help of G&R Realty and Alondra Lopez, we have purchased our first home. As first time homebuyers, the process was a roller coaster ride full of emotions but with the help, patience and expertise of Alondra we were able to find and close on the perfect home for our family. Kuddos to Alondra, highly recommended! She was fantastic, really took the time to get to know our needs and wants and never gave up on us until she found us a house we can now call home.
