Worth his weight in gold! I dont normally write these reviews but this time deserves a special nod. As a seller, Sebastian and I have done many transactions together over the past years and theyve all been great, his attention to detail and meticulousness and knowledge endures but this deal required special attention and care, Sebastian was able to adjust and maneuver professionally very well, he and I worked extremely well to keep the deal from falling apart and getting to close. Much appreciation is due. You will not be disappointed in going with Sebastian!

First purchase. Beyond grateful that I found Sebastian to help me with my first home purchase. He was really attentive, as well as informative. He alleviated communication with our loan officer and thoroughly assisted me with all references to lawyers, inspectors, etc. Best of all, spoke Spanish which facilitated conversation with my family who was involved in the purchase. Great experience buying our 2nd home with Sebastian!!! Sebastian is the best Realtor out there. He is honest and trustworthy. He never made us feel pressured into buying our 2nd home we did not like. He made suggestions throughout the process that were very helpful. Sebastian was helpful about our needs & concerns. If he didn't know the answer to our question. He made it his priority to get the info. That's the kind of person you would want to work with when buying your 2nd home. Someone who communicates with you & also makes sure you are happy with your choice. We highly recommend Sebastian. We were grateful to have realtor like Sebastian. Thank you so much for everything!!!
