I'm so glad I found Michael. I initially contacted a few different realtors, including Michael, and asked each of them the same questions. Michael was the only one that didn't just give me quick, shallow answers and throw me links to comps. He took the time and did a lot of homework before crafting realistic and thoughtful responses to each of my questions. He far surpassed the others with his knowledge and effort right from the start. He listened, pushed back sometimes but was always respectful, personable and helpful throughout the whole process from our first meeting to the closing. Michael is not just a 5 star realtor, he's a genuinely awesome person. He spent so much time helping me think through considerations and never failed to think about what would be best for me, regardless of if it directly benefited him or not. Michael is a hardworking, knowledgable, trustworthy and kind person. He sets the bar for what an experience with a realtor should be. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

This review is a bit overdue but we couldn't be more pleased with Michael Hall and his support team. He sold our condo this past summer, over list. Then helped us find an amazing home that we love. Can't stress this enough, experience and skill matter and Michael has both in spades. On top of all this, he's patient and respectful and that is something we really appreciated as we navigated this whole process with young kids. IF we ever move again, we will use Michael without any second thought.

Michael is a fantastic realtor. This was our first time selling a home, and we benefited greatly from Michael's expert guidance. He first visited our place and advised us on how best to prepare the property for sale. We followed all his advice, and then his photographer took photos that made our house shine, inside and out. We were able to achieve a sale price well above asking, after only 5 days on the market. Aside from his professional excellence, on a personal level Michael is genial, respectful, and accessible even when very busy. He reassured us during tense moments, and inspired confidence from beginning to end. We highly recommend Michael Hall and his team to any prospective home seller in Lincoln Park.

Overall, my rating of the Michael Hall Group is Five Stars! I would highly recommend Michael to anyone interested in selling property in the Chicagoland area, especially a Multi-unit Building. He sold mine in one day, for over the asking price and in a cash deal with a 30 day close! When I decided to sell my three flat building in Logan Square, I researched Real Estate Brokers in the area. I selected three highly rated brokers for interviews. When I first met Michael Hall at my building, I knew he was the person I would like to work with on the sale transaction. His professionalism, knowledge of the local real estate market, openness to my input, and calm demeaner set him apart from other brokers. I knew I found a hard working professional in the industry. Well, I certainly made the right decision in contracting with Michael for the sale of my property. Michael and his team acted totally on my behalf, professionally and capably. They guided me through the steps necessary to sell the building such as signing the broker contract, getting professional pictures taken, listing the property, scheduling a buyer open house and presenting offers on the property. Once the sale contract with the buyer was finalized, Michaels work did not stop there. He continued to provide advice and consul until the final closing was completed. His professional connections for property photographs, various property listing services, individual investors and legal services made the transaction easy, secure and comfortable. Whenever, a decision was required or a problem needed resolution, I did not hesitate to seek out Michael for his input and recommendations. Michael is an excellent communicator, and he is very responsive. I was amazed how smoothly the entire deal went from start to finish. Michael worked very well with me and the buyer, as well as my tenants. He will be the best advocate for you and your property. I am convinced that my deal went as smooth as possible. I am very satisfied. Bottom line is Michael is the best! I am sure you will be happy with his service if you have him act as your broker/agent.
