They made a difficult situation as seamless as possible and went above and beyond when we had an unexpected title issue. I notified diamond that I wanted to sell my home and I got a customer representative to call me back within 10 minutes and after talking with him and giving him information about my home then I got a phone call from the president Daniel Breslin and he responded to me with respect courtesy we couldnt do a deal, but he gave me some vital information on how to sell my home and how to proceed. I felt really good working with him and talking to him and regards him highly respectable company. thank you

Very helpful people! Bill helped sell my grandpas house, the house needed a lot of work, and was unliveable - I feel like we got a fair price for the amount of work it needed. He was also very supporting of our situation, and we did not feel judged for the condition my grandpa left it. He made sure we understood each step that was happening. A very easy and smooth process!
