Anne knows the market, is pro-active, and works hard. She was a pleasure to work with and always responsive. She sold our apartment within a couple of weeks for a good price while other similar properties are still on the market months later.

Anne is amazing! She is a lot of fun to be around, knows Downtown like the back of her hands and is basically a real estate super hero without a cape! We came to Anne with a budget, a short timeline to move from Detroit to Chicago, and a vague idea about finding a home somewhere in downtown Chicago. Anne went right to work and over the course of three days she gave us a masters course on the downtown neighborhoods, the current real estate market and helped us narrow our focus by showing us 15 proprieties in 3 days. On the fourth day we made an offer which was accepted. I write this review from our new home and we could not be happier with our choice.

Anne did an excellent job of orchestrating the sale of my West Loop condo. Despite numerous unexpected hurdles requiring time, patience and finesse we closed on time with both parties more that satisfied. She is creative, calm and a pleasure to work with.
