My wife and I have done 3 transactions with Brooke over the years - buying/selling our first condo and most recently buying a larger home for our growing family. Brooke has been a consummate professional and true advisor throughout the entire home buying journey. If it weren't for her patiently guiding us through the process and countless showings/offers with her honest advice, we would have certainly "settled" for something that we would not be as happy in as our new home today. I will always recommend her to my friends and family - she's trustworthy, professional, and truly wants to help you find something you will be happy with (even if it involves more work for her). She also has a good team behind her for financials, attorney, etc. All are responsive and professional.

As a first time home buyer, we had no idea where to start and thank God we found Brooke!! From the very beginning we knew we were in good hands. We worked with her Spring of 2021 and with a few big life events (getting engaged, starting to plan a wedding, & my husband starting a new job) we needed to reset and hold off on buying. We stayed in touch with Brooke and we picked back up on the search this past Summer. She helped us find a great loan agent at Prime Lending that made the process so much smoother. Every property we saw with Brooke, we always felt so at ease with her and knew she was going to tell us straight up if there were any issues or could potentially not be a good fit for us. She helped us find our NEW HOME and we followed her lead through the entire process (from making the offer, to the inspection, and she helped us get a sellers credit that was perfect for our brand new water heater). We closed a month before our wedding and are so thankful we had Brooke to make everything easier than we could have even imagined. We absolutely love our home and have passed her info to a few of our friends who will be looking to buy within the next few years!! We have continued to stay in contact with Brooke and she recommended a few general contractors for our upcoming bathroom renovations. Needless to say, highly recommend her!

I am so grateful for Brooke's guidance during the purchase of my first place! Brooke was incredibly responsive and flexible. She helped me figure out and articulate exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier with my condo. As an added bonus, her recommendations for real-estate adjacent services were spot on. Brooke helped me find my first condo in the West Loop in 2013. She was patient, worked to understand what was important to me and worked tirelessly to help me purchase the perfect place. I contacted Brooke when I was ready to buy a two-flat rental in Humboldt Park/Logan Square in 2022. She referred me to multiple lenders and one in particular where I was able to get a lower interest rate and funds toward closing. Her knowledge and expertise is unmatched. For both purchases she went the extra mile and I listened to her tips and advice and learned a lot. I highly recommend her.

Brooke was instrumental in our home buying experience. We were first time homebuyers with loads of questions. Brooke was always accessible and consistently walked us through each step of the process, and her recommendations for other service providers were excellent. Brooke had our best interest in mind all along the way asking thoughtful questions to the selling sides to uncover any risks. Brookes recommendations on features and location in a home helped rationalize what seemed over and underpriced. We never felt pressured to move forward with an offer just to close a deal. Brooke really wanted us find a home we loved. We ultimately purchased new construction which brought a set of challenges purchasing directly from the developer. Brooke navigated the new construction obstacles well and was crucial in us closing on time before our rate lock was up. We highly recommend partnering with her on your next home purchase.
