Mario did an absolutely fantastic job helping me navigate buying my first property. He was extremely knowledgeable about what to look for in a condo at my price point and has guided me step by step through the process. The final appraisal also came in higher than what I'm purchasing the property for! I would definitely work with him again in the future.

Mario was fantastic - I wish we had used him from the beginning! We had listed our house previously with another realtor. Over four months, with endless open houses and showings, we didn't have a single offer and were beginning to panic a bit. Luckily, Mario came in and provided direct, honest feedback about some minor but essential things we needed to do to have a more successful listing. He quickly coordinated a wonderful paint crew, an amazing staging company, and of course he improved the quality of the listing with better pictures, a 3D walkthrough, etc. We were ready to re-list within a few weeks. And after we did, our VERY FIRST showing converted to an accepted offer and we closed a few weeks later! What a different experience bringing in somebody who "gets it". Mario analyzed the market, targeted his approach accordingly and got the job done in amazing time. Through the closing process, Mario stayed highly-engaged and facilitated communication between all the parties involved. MARIO IS THE BEST! He is not only extremely knowledgeable and efficient, but he is also genuinely dedicated to helping you find the right home for you. He and his team made the homebuying process effortless, something I didnt think was possible. From our first conversation, I knew Mario was the best choice I could have made. He was always available to answer any questions I had. He was always open and honest throughout every step of the way. My favorite thing about working with Mario was that he would give his own mini inspection of all the homes we toured together. He is an expert in his craft and has seen it all. He always pointed out all the things he noticed about the homes - good and bad. As a first-time homebuyer, this was priceless.
