        Warning warning warning warning!!!!! Drove all the way down here will not accept credit cards over the phone because I don't have an account with them well if I was going to have an account with them I won't be having one with them now I would definitely talk to management instead of just anybody on the phone told me 4 days for something and now it's going to be a week and they're not even sure and they want the money up front thank you

        Called asked 3 times for the product I needed, they said yes. Takes me 1 hr to get there, turns out they don't have it. What a waste of time and lack of knowledge from the sales rep..

      We stopped talking credit cards over the phone after a rash of fraudulent transactions hitting many off the construction supply distributors in the Chicago area.Last month we had 7 attempted fraudulent transactions attempts that we saved the card holders from the hassle of stolen identity. Roofing is expensive and most transactions are several thousand dollars. When calls come in we explain if your a new account you must bring the card in with ID. This protects both us and the cats holder. We shared this information immediately when asked. I am sorry for any inconvenience but credit card fraud hurts everyone and we do all we can to protect both ourselves and our customers.I just tried to contact this person but there account is locked.
