Very Dissatisfied, This company called claiming they would beat the price of our current hardware supplier and there best price was over 4 times that of Fastenal. Also received a bill for 185 dollars for 80 nuts when the same invoice is labeled that 185 dollars is the cost per 100 count. When contacted about the billing as we ordered on the claim that they would easily beat Fastenal prices requesting invoicing or corrected invoicing they claimed no previous invoices could be changed and that they were offering me a cabinet on on future order. After asking for copies of the invoices to be emailed to me I was told you received one with your package. Now I am no customer service rep but I do answer phones fairly regularly and if one of my employers asks for an invoice, you send it. To top all this off I waited 5 business days to get the information I did receive. If this company call you making claims they can beat your current suppliers pricing Id say do yourself a favor and hang up on them because they are definitely making false claims. Even the sidewalk salt we purchase on a special offer was priced 20 percent higher than other suppliers. All it takes is a call to a business that is already struggling due to lack of help and this place could easily take you for a fortune if you are not on top of billing, which thankfully we are or this could easily have been thousands of wasted dollars having not been caught early enough. As far as I'm concerned these people are just telemarketers trying to take advantage of busy companies. How you can even call someone with prices 4 times there competitors and claim they can beat there prices is beyond me. Check it out for yourselves. Give your local Fastenal a chance if you are buying hardware from this company cause you stand save yourselves and your customers a boatload of money.
