Stepped in briefly to get a pair of glasses adjusted that I purchased from See probably 20+ years ago. Titanium frames and they have lasted so well. This location was quite busy when I walked in but store lead, Natalia, was lovely, efficient and navigated the busy-ness of all the patrons ascending on her seemingly all at once so well. I saw Natalia cleaning my glasses, too, after adjustments and before handing them back to me. It appears quality customer service is definitely second nature for her. Thank you SEE for hiring such competent, professional, thorough employees like Natalia! And, thank you, Natalia, for taking care of me today. Great customer service!

I recently moved to the area and brought in a pair of glasses to see if they could be repaired at SEE. I was apprehensive they would take them since they were purchased through my previous eye doctor out of state. I was reassured that that would be no problem and they would likely be able to fix them for no cost. They did have to send the glasses out for the repairs but they were very responsive with keeping me in the loop about their status. When I came to pick them up they had them cleaned and ready for me to take home in a hard case at no cost! They also bent them back to being straight on the spot in addition to the other repairs that required them to be shipt out. I will definitely be coming back for all my eye glasses services and needs!
