The staff here provides great customer service and very efficient time around. Judith has helped prepared my 1040 returns for the past 5 years . Not only that , she is also a very knowledgeable mortgage loan officer . She assisted us in the mortgage process and was able to provide very efficient service and great turn around of less than 40 days from the beginning of submitting an offer, through escrow and CTC . Judith helped me after finishing up with another client. I was the last client she would be seeing that day but she provided me the same care and diligence that I imagine she provides all her clients. I had many documents to sort through and Judith was able to explain all of the intricacies of my taxes and good-naturedly answered all the things I was curious about. I felt at ease and comfortable with Judith and felt assured that she was operating ethically, she even informed me of a deduction I would be able to claim as an educator that I was never aware of. Judith is simply the best at her job. Her customer service, attention-to-detail, and excellent communication (both English & Spanish) made me decide to come back next year. I had the pleasure to work with Judith and her sister Maritza. Theyre a Family owned business and are very responsible people. Also, very detailed oriented and professional. Judith explains everything very clearly step by step . The entire staff is great! I highly recommend Latino tax Corp . Im very Thankful and grateful for all their help. They go over and beyond.
