They wont help you if you get audited and receive any notice from the irs after filing taxes with them. They ask you to send over the notice through email and never respond to them. Take your business to professionals like H&R Block or Turbo Tax unless these guys improve their service.

This tax account is the most unprofessional person Ive come across in my entire life. I would not even give a single star to but had to because I seriously wanted to leave a review. He first delayed my filing process then he was not answering calls seeing my number. Plus he finally filed the taxes after 2 months of the deadline for which I ended up paying a fine. And above all he charges 200 bucks for this unprofessional, incompetent services. As if all this was not enough he didnt file my federal taxes. I would never recommend this place to anyone be away from these guys, its just waste of time and money.
