They are some thiefs do not use their services if youre not stuck in an emergency. They gave me a certain quote to move my tool box from a shop to my house. Once my tool box was delivered to my house they changed their price and wanted to charge me $50 more than the quote was. The guy said they have to charge for gas, for driving to the pick up location from the yard and for driving back to their yard after drop off. They had already charged me $150 for hook up and $5 a mile which I was fine with. I told the guy the math and thats when he said we have to charge the miles from the yard to the pick up location and for the miles driving back to the yard plus gas surcharge. I will never use them again

LITERALLY I am FROM chicago. I called this facility several times during an emergency. Had to get the tow asap because of the street issues. This company NOT ONLY didn't answer the phone after times but also when I asked for who they were, asked gow I can find them if disconnected. This person didn't answer those questions at all. But asked back "do u need a tow or not?" I said yes but disconnected several times amd if I can have him name and number to reach if the call drops. He got an attitude, hung up on me and didn't answered after 7 calls. Do NOT. I repeat. DO NOT spend any money here. They dnt care, or value your dollars. They want even try to find out how much u have before disregarding you after crazy hours. It's 2. I'm a very young gal. Scared and saidbthat. They didn't care.
