    About a year and change ago (June - 21) my wife and I sagely dropped the numbingly poor service at Xfinity, and went with T-Mobile offering two adults 55+ a $55 (COMBINED) unlimited plan.  At sign-up (get 'em in the door) I asked would out taste be increased in the future.  I was told "no," as long as we were two lines. I noticed a new cost on the web this morning and called to be sure.  The $55 rate is now $80. Cute? Do you get off on being jacked around? Try T-Mobile, they excel at thievery. Grist-for-the-mill: they "throttle," prioritizing signal to those have better or premium plans. Doesn't that make you feel ... valued?

    Came into the store to get help with a technical issue. Was greeted by someone working at the store. Unfortunately this is the only interaction I had with the representative. The gentleman was helping someone and there seemed to be no other employees working and available to help anyone else. There was no "I'll be right with you", or an ETA. I waited some, looked at some products, waited a bit more, and after about 15 or 20 minutes left. Called into T-Mobile instead and was able to get the issue troubleshooted by a technician. Don't know why these stores are set up if they can't provide ample face to face service. Everything else, products, accessories, and general support can already be found online or via phone faster and cheaper.
