        You pay monthly incase of emergency and when an emergency occurs they try and nickel and dime and get out of everything to not pay you. I had an unexpected, spontaneous water issue and was told on the phone that I couldnt get a place to live for the reconstruction even though I have a 1b and it wasnt usable. They said because the toilet was still function it wouldnt qualify. I guess a shower doesnt matter. After fighting I was able to get a reallocation, but they only paid for 40% of it still waiting on the 60% I am also waiting on the rebuild cost reimbursement they actually follow the Insurnace stigma that we all fear to never have to deal with.
