The installment of our countertop went smoothly and was well done by the crew but, unfortunately, there was a flaw in the countertop.  Tom came to our home, confirmed that there was damage apparently caused during shipping, and promised to "make everything perfect."  Since then we have had two unuccessful attempts to buff out the damage, one missed appointment by the person doing the buffing, and now a missed appointment for installation of a new countertop.  I am writing this review four hours after Tom promised to get back to me in 15-to-20 minutes about this morning's missed installation and whether it could still happen today.  Each time there was a scheduled buffing or missed appointment, I spent considerable time clearing out the kitchen... chairs, everything on the countertop, numerous cleaning products under the sink etc.  I have gone through that process five times now.  The initial installation was about nine months ago.  Since then, hours of wasted time and frustration!

IGM did a great job on our house. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to a very high standard. They are very helpful, kind , and respectful.
