When arrived for my appointment, they said "oops the person who was suppose to give a message left for the day" and then when I asked for the manager email. She attended to other people and things and left without communicating or offering any information. This was a birthday gift. Shame on them. And very rude. Then when asked for the manager's name, the lady said I can't keep talking to you and hung up the phone on me. Slammed it down.

Well I just spoke to probably every representative in this place to only get hung up on, ignored, and packages stolen from me after I put my account on hold from December 20-February 20th. When I put my account on hold I had 5 packages to only use one in January. If my math is correct that leaves me with 4 remaining. So then how come today when I called to schedule an appointment I was told I have 2. Where did the other 2 go? How come 150$ worth of appointments just disappeared? I really dont appreciate that this entire month I have been getting the run around from all the front desk people telling me that a manager will contact you and then silence for an entire month. Thank you for hanging up on me when I was trying to figure out how 2 packages on my account just disappeared when I had 5 after I froze my account. Thanks for all you expert help, maybe find employees that actually want to be there instead of people that hate their lives!

Stay away this place needs to be investigated for fraud. I used a gift card for a $75 massage and then was talked into signing up for a membership. I was not going to be charged for my 1st membership month until the following month and I would be able to get a massage at that time. They charged my credit card $75 and used my $75 gift card that day and I didn't know until I looked at my credit card statement. Companies make mistakes however they refuse to refund my money, return my emails or phone calls and I'm ready to sue. FRAUD with a capital. F. They had no authorization to charge my credit card I paid in full with the gift card. Morgan the manager is horrible
