Yall need to fix the tennis courts ASAP! Im tired of playing and the ball rolling out the court onto the street, i would like to play a simple tennis match but I cant why? Because yall dont fix the courts.

Do NOT move here. Especially if it is a unit on the 1st or 2nd floor. The floors do not have any support, therefore your ceiling is literally your upstairs neighbors floor. Yes, this was acknowledged after many, many attempts. When the contractors came in, no notice was given. This resulted in my wife and I having to deal with sounds of thunderbolts coming from the upstairs at 7:30 in the morning on a Friday. Apparently, the main office was not aware of the "contractors", therefore they were unable to provide prior notice. That should be the BIGGEST RED FLAG for anyone who wants to come here. How do you guys not know that there is going to be contractors working in your units, until the day of?? How does that even work? Why is the communication so poor? Why? The only person who has been helpful is one of the ladies that works in the leasing office, but that still does not change the fact that this place is uninhabitable. Only way I would be able to change my opinion of them is if I was to get out of this stupid lease without fees. There is plenty of reviews similar to mine. DO NOT COME AND SIGN HERE on the 1st or 2nd floor. DO NOT.

Mr. Ricky Young is a great maintenance guy always nice and professional & knows what he be talking about when it comes to repairing things and knows what has to be done to get it right he's one of the greatest here at Ellyn Crossing keep up the good work Mr. Ricky

I was not going to leave a review and I never leave reviews. I feel as though I had to. I opened my mail today and found a collections notice for $10.11. These people gave my new address and turned over all my information for $10.11. I did not get a phone call or an email from these people since 12/30/23 (the day I moved out). Let me give you the background. I moved into apartment 1887 #2A on Somerset Dr. After 48 hours of moving in, I noticed the place had roaches. I put in several request informing maintenance of the issue right away. I was told the pest control ONLY comes out ONCE a week. They would NOT make an exception for me under any circumstance to get them out any sooner. So, i had to live in roaches for about 5 days before anyone came out and would spray or put a trap down. I had put up ring camera in my house and the pest control people did not spray until two weeks later. I asked if I could move into a different unit but they had no units available. They gave me the option to break my lease and move out with no fees. By this time, it was already 12/15/23. Which gave me 16 days to tour a new apartment complex and find a place to call home. This was hard with the economy we are living in today. Thank GOD I found a new apartment complex to move into on 12/30/23. Please make note you had to prepay the first month before you move in. Since I moved out on 12/30/23 (one day before the end of the month), they mailed me a check for $40.48. I have my move out sheet/statement as well and it stated I have a $0.00 balance. I left no damage to the apartment because I did not unpack any of my boxes. I packed all my stuff back up after I seen the first roach within 48 hours. They offered me a $100 credit for the month of January if i decided to stay. I saw roaches up until the day before I moved out. Why would on earth would I stay? I DO NOT OWE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY. IF ANYTHING, THEY SHOULD OWE ME FOR ALL THE STUFF THEY PUT ME THROUGH. If you take anything away from this reviews, I want it to be to RUN. DO NOT LEASE with these people. They are the worse. I know they are affordable for the area but it will cost you a lot less to just rent from somewhere else.
