As per Mr. Fox's experience a year ago, Dean has continued mailing out the same deceptive "personal and confidential" unsolicited homeowners quotes. They have no return address printed on the outside, so as to force you to open them to be sure they aren't something actually important. He now includes a note at the bottom to call allstate's main 1-800 line to be removed. It took 15 minutes, but the main line did eventually figure out the procedure to remove me. The quote's price isn't great either, especially given the low coverage it provides. Would not recommend Dean, nor Allstate. If this sort of behavior doesn't bother them, in which case you have to wonder about doing business with the company at all.

I have had my Homeowners, Auto and Motorcycle Insurance with these guys for a year and one half and could not be happier with my entire experience. The rep. I worked with(Jonathon) was incredible. We addressed my concerns that I had with my previous provider and I felt that he really listened to my concerns and addressed how each of them would be different with Allstate. He also took the time and patiently educated me on some of the terms and coverages I was not entirely familiar with. Since then they have checked in with me on a semi annual basis to review my policies and to see if I have had any changes. On top of the incredibly friendly and knowledgable service they were also able to save me some money on my policies as well. To this point I absolutely could not be happier!! Dominic Cutinello
