If you have had a rough past and are trying to get finances straightened out do not come here. The staff apparently has no idea what they are doing and the operations manager Terese is rude and should not be in the position within the bank that she is for example : I went in a couple weeks ago after being told a check wouldn't be held and it was and had a argument over said check and told Terese I would like to speak to her boss she replied "good luck she's hard to get ahold of" she is completely condescending and plain out arrogant. If they offer you a new beginnings account keep walking they can hold your money up to 5 days. As for today that is leading to this final straw review is when I left the bank I checked my account and had half of my check as I usually do then went to use my card and the money was gone called the bank and says it's being held until the next day and says it's always like that, well it's not this has happened one other time and she proceeded to tell me she didn't have the manpower to approve it. I have the statements to prove half always goes in same day and as usual she was rude,ignorant, and condescending (can't expect much from her) and tells us nothing she can do. As I said if you're trying to recover or start over definitely keep looking if I could give zero stars I would.
