I normally have a pretty great experience, but yesterday had to have been my worst. I made an appointment to get my hair trimmed and was seen within a fair amount of time. The issue was the cut itself. I had come in with my hair tied back, so there was a dent in my hair from the tie itself making my hair not completely straight, but I didnt think it to be an issue as I assumed she would have wet it. Right away she took my hair tie out and began cutting it while it was dry and didnt section it either, so it was all cut at once. I didnt question as she was the professional, but I was upset because I was nervous as to how it would turn out. By the end of it, I left and had my mom and sister look at it and take a picture and it was completely uneven and at an angle. I am extremely upset about this experience as I was seen for less than 10 minutes and it was not worth the price.
