Mark P was great. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it to have us up and running with warm air again. On the Mark has always been professional and done a good job both times they have been out to my house. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: Had Omar from On the Mark come out to service our furnace. He was very professional, informative, and respectful of our home. Great service as always! FROM 2021: Our newly purchased home had ancient HVAC and water heater. We also had hired a separate company to repair and seal our in floor ductwork. They informed me the A coil had to be removed by an HVAC technician before their work could be done, and they referred me to On the Mark. How fortunate for me! My home inspector had also revealed a few other HVAC related issues that needed repair. My initial plan had been to have Mark (the owner of On the Mark) make some repairs and remove the A coil. After he saw the extent of our system and issues, he gave me a good offer on replacing the HVAC and water heater, as well as making the repairs. Aside from replacing those systems he completely rebuilt a ceiling duct in my garage and rerouted the range hood exhaust that had been originally routed into the garage (huge safety issue!) and instead into the garage ceiling and out the side of the attic. All of the work was done very well and looks good. A few days after the HVAC was installed the system stopped working. He IMMEDIATELY came out and discovered the issue. It has been working perfectly ever since. To me, aside from doing good work at a fair price, the most important thing a company can do is own up to any mistakes and promptly correct any issues. I look forward to having On the Mark continue to be my primary servicer for all HVAC related issues, and recommend you to do the same!
