I had a new air conditioner installed in my house back in August 2021 and the company that put it in damaged my floors and my kitchen cabinets. I have been jumping through hoops for 7 months now. He told me I had to get estimates which I did. And with everyone he had some excusse why it wasn't enough then I got another one and he seemed fine with it but said he needed to talk to the place that messed up my cabinets and floors and he would get back to us. We hadn't heard anything and when we asked what was up he said our contractor hadn't talked to his people, so I called them and they said they had never been contacted. So he has lied over and over. I have about 50 or more emails beteen Gerardo and us cause he never answers his phone or returns calls anyways. We thought all along after we got an estimate we would have our kitchen fixed but I guess cause it was 5,000 dollars he didn't like our estimate. Now after 6 months he wants to say my dogs caused the damage but this has never been brought up in the last six months!!! I will be contacting a lawyer. Do not ever use this company they lie and just drag you around for months and months.
