I have been trying to get a hold of someone via phone to cancel my appointment because they changed their therapist without letting me know. Noone picks up their phone at this location.

Had the worst customer service experience and the most unprofessional Thing happen at this location. I have been a member here for 10 years and will never step foot back in this place. Waited 20 minutes for my massage and ended up not even receiving my service. Been trying to get a hold of the manager and have heard nothing back. Front desk and massage therapist herself are extremely unprofessional. I work at salon/spa myself and what happened here was just ridiculous. Highly do not recommend. **update- Lindsay the manager called me today who was very pleasant. Sounds like this location has been lacking in management and she is on a mission to change that. She was very apologetic and made things right.

Pretty disappointed with new management. Im a regular who prefers 90 min massage every two weeks. Cant get appointments with my preferred therapist (my patronage going back many years). Staff tries to find but there is no follow through, no availability save middle of the day in middle of the week. I no longer get calls telling me the schedule for my therapist has opened so I can book early, and they blame that on the therapist for reducing her schedule (because somehow, reducing her schedule means you cant pick up the phone and let me know the schedule is open?). Ive discussed with the new manager and she said she would look into and get back to me with availability for my therapist as well as other suggestions for other therapists this was 3 weeks ago. I have yet to hear a thing. I am clearly no longer a valued client. Not trying to cause a feud here but seriously this is the worst experience Ive had in about a decade w/massage envy. Update 2/6/24: I am no longer part of the massage envy club, nor is the therapist that I frequented for many many years!
