    They know they are awful and they know it does not matter. It's really a shame how "citizens" are treated upon entering the building. As long as the tax bills are paid who cares right?

    It is very inconvenient that as a landlord, we can not get the water bill to go straight to the property for the tenant since they pay the bill and need to provide the water meter reading anyways. The landlord should not have to be this involved in a water bill, only if there are issues. Also, it is rather frustrating that every time I've called, the call goes to voicemail. I've never had a live person pick up the phone.
