        I do a lot of Amazon returns and theyre patient with me if I have multiple returns. When I needed to ship a Mothers Day present, I decided to go with UPS because the Pekin USPS rep made me cry (I was there to pick up family remains and she gave me a hard time and was not empathetic at all. I will never go there again), and UPS does a great job handling my Amazon returns. I had a great experience, and the pricing was reasonable to ship a fragile item to Texas and it got there fast. Thank you and I will continue to do business at your Pekin location!

        Im very frustrated. Delivery driver didnt ring door bell so delivery wasnt left due to needing signature. Then instead of trying again the following day they automatically said it needed to be picked up they even put pick up address. I called ups to see if we would be able to put up that day they said we would not but it would be available the next day. We go the next day and are told its not there because it was taken back to the hub and they arent open Saturdays so it wouldnt be at the pick up location till Monday. Now dont you think if you are leaving a ticket stating where to pick up you would date it for the day you are able to pick it up? Also I called and explained everything to the person at the location and they told me it would be there to pick up next day.. I now have a very sad little boy as this was his birthday present hes been patiently waiting for. Training to understand what days of the week packages will actually be in at the pick up location and for delivery drivers to try delivering twice before sending to pick up location.
