Ive banked with PNC since 1980, 1st in Wheaton, Il and in Rockford for 15 years. I have 2 checking accounts, 1 credit card ( with a ridiculous $300 credit limit) and 1 small personal loan. I have never been late with a payment. Yesterday I had an emergency need for $1,000 so I applied for a 6 month loan which was declined. So 43 years of being a good customer didnt matter with my loan request. I will definitely be looking for a new bank, one that will come through in times of need.
I highly recommend AVOIDING this bank as they wouldnt help you with a measly $1,000 loan. Bank somewhere else!!

Horrible, simply horrible. Kick out a 70 year old man (me) and my handicapped wife!! Just trying to get an ATM card. No receptionist and trying to ask a banker we need an ATM card when the MANAGER raised his voice get in line. I replied we're trying to get ATM cards and tellers don't do that. He then kick us out ranting you're on getting any cards today. This lead us to talk to the Regional Vice President stating he would talk to the Manager and that was to way to treat anyone not to mention to old people. Take your banking elsewhere.
