        DON'T BANK HERE. never once had an issue with blackhawk...as soon as they switch to First Mid, it's been issue after issue and it's SOOOOOOOOOOOO hard to get anyone on the phone to help you with anything. what a joke.

        Awful experience. Ive been a customer of Blackhawk Bank for over 20 years for my checking and mortgage, and will be finding a new bank as soon as possible. The staff don't have the support or answers they need, the main branch doesn't care, and when I go in I have to wait in line for half an hour because so many other people are having issues. Stay far far away

        I can hardly believe how awful the switch from Blackhawk Bank to this awful bank has been... I will be moving my mortgage elsewhere as soon as possible
