        New to CVS, didnt know it could be this bad. I have till March to change my insurance & have decided pharmacy experience is bad enough to start over from scratch. The app for online ordering is impossible to work. Conned into a monthly $5 fee for EXTRA CARE guaranteed reward? for ordering online, free shipping on $10 or greater purchase. After 2 weeks of trying to order & being denied, I still thought maybe I just needed to go to store, in person first time to get order. Didn't get any reward, the buy one get one item I paid full price for both items, fsa eligible items only applied to a blue sticker on certain items per insurance, which no items left in stock. This was Monday morning, told they get more stock on Thursdays but no guarantee what will be delivered??? What kind of business works like this? Thank God I havent needed anything & I found out before the deadline (end of March), so I can switch insurance companies & pharmacies!
