Purchased a 22k Generac from Farm and Fleet .. had the conduit in place, gas line run , pad and unit in place, ATS set..just needed the wires connected...3300 for that...pound salt...oh, I had a local company come out(yes they are certified)and charged 550... hope you stay in business for much longer with these prices folks!

Do not use Gibbons. We paid over $10,000 to replace knob and tube a year and a half ago - and this summer, after installing AC units on the top floor (previously vacant), the circuit breakers keep shutting the power down. We called Gibbons this morning to have them come out and look at what the problem is - and the person who answered the phone, Ken, was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He had an attitude and said it's not their problem, that it's two years ago (incorrect), and what did I want him to do? I asked to speak to his manager and he laughed and hung up on me.  It's impossible to believe this is supposedly a service company? Stay far away, hire another company.

After leaving a voicemail I received return call the following day. I explained our problem with our generator to the owner. He promised to schedule a time ( within a few days) and call back. Over a week later and a power outage we have not had any response. I will not recommend any business that makes promises that they do not keep. I had also explained that since I am disabled that the backup power is extremely important to our home. Gibbons Electric is not a business that we would recommend or care to do business with. There is no excuse for failure to honor your promises.

Rich was quick to respond and came over to assess my failing Generac power system. Taught me the basics of operations and some maintenance tips. Very knowledgeable of everything electrical! Honest , friendly, and up-front service. Will definitely use his company in the future. The world needs more professionals like this.
