This location was a little disappointing. I paid $151 for a Tuesday night April 9th 2024. The elevator ride was a little wonky, the paperwork states the last inspection was January 2023. Ice machine was down in lobby and second floor. Pool, hot tub and outside patio was closed. The room didn't have a closet. A made shift wall with a drape to hide the hangers, iron and ironing board, was just odd. Coffee was a little weak. Only offer light brew, decaf and hotwater. No half and half available. Just artificial creamers. Breakfast was okay. With all the competition in the area, we should've stayed somewhere else or went to the next town.

We got locked out of a room. We were charged extra and can't contact anyone. The phone at the hotel has been out for two weeks. I had to call the main office for a refund.

We've stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns, and this one is not quite up to par. The people were great, but the facilities need work: 1) One elevator was out of service, so everyone had to use the second one, resulting in long waits for a crowded elevator cab. 2) Breakfast choices were limited, and they ran out of several items before 9:00 AM. 3) The carpets in the rooms, hallways and elevator are very worn. 4) The desk had computer problems, delaying our checkin and delaying internet access.
