FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I had to get copies of all my tax documents. Came out to FedEx office and they did an absolutely amazing job. Sarah is an excellent employee she helped me through everything I needed to do get everything organized. Could have not have done this without her help! She's a keeper there. If you stop in there tell her I said hello.

FedEx continues to hire incompetent buffoons. The wait continues for my item because FedEx's downright moron delivery driver didn't have brain necessary to hear that the doorbell doesn't work, and didn't even bother knocking to drop off my package that I had to sign for. What kind of package delivery driver *does not* knock for a signature required package? Such a frustrating and pathetic company to deal with. Avoid this worthless gang of degenerates at all costs.

Large office what deal with I think all king of FedEx businesses.... I mean .. FedEx ground ... FedEx Express...etc. Not all places allow you to return all packages.

I work all over the world and extensively use shipping offices. This office is the best. I attribute it, as with any business, to the local manager. The manager happened to wait on me, her name is Emilie, but everyone at this location is outstanding. This office is clean, well organized and stocked, good equipment and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Well done, Emilie. This is an additional review because of some exceptional help I received from Andy. I really needed help. I had a complicated print job with lots of different elements coming in from different sources. Andy knew just what to do and how to do it. He helped me when I was really stressed and up against a hard deadline. Thank you, Andy.

This is more for Fedex the company. They are by far the worst of the major delivery services, you will never ever get your packages on time or if you're shipping something and have a deadline for sure don't use FedEx. Only reason to use them is if you're sending a package or a enemy and want it to get there super slow and late
