        They keep you on hold any time you call until the automated system hangs up on you. Does not matter what day or time of day. Calling is absolutely pointless. Already on attempt 3 just for today. Let's not worry about the past 3 weeks I have tried. In the past, I have dealt with the same blonde lady others are mentioning. When arriving for an appointment, she refused to let me talk to the person I had an appointment with as she told me my son was likely dead and I was scamming them for his disability money. Rudest lady to ever work here.

        I usually never write reviews but my last experience was really bad.Middle aged lady with blond hair is extremely rude. She had an attitude from the start and wouldnt let me explain what I came here for. Most people who work here are kind and patient however some workers like this lady need to be replaced immediately
