I have rented from them numerous times And rented from them recently after I returned my u-haul I was charged and an additional $175 I called to figure out why and they realized that they made a mistake when entering the number of days that I had it and Additional blankets whichI never received. I have called 10 times over the span of 5 days and they still have not called me one time nor have they issued a refund. They have been extremely rude to me about this whole ordeal every time I call and explain the same thing I've explained over and over again they give me attitude like there's nothing they can do. The last time I called the gentleman swore at me and then hung up. I will never do business with this place again Hopefully I will get my money back without having to settle this in small claims court. Update I received my money back two weeks later. I started a moving company and we rented from here numerous times over the following years when availability forced us to. The kid working at the counter who swore at me and was the one who made the error bought the place and put a red flag on me with uhaul claiming I was the one who did something and that he didn't want me to be able to rent there. This is two and a half years after the incident. What a joke
