Versona

I love this store! I love their items and their pricing. The store at the woodfield mall is a lot larger and has better options however this one does still have some good choices. When I went in the store I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I did however feel a little weird because it felt like I was being watched the whole time but it could have been because we were the only ones in the store and she was waiting to see if we needed help I don’t really know. Other than that all I really care about it the items in the store especially considering the small choices in stores at this mall offering what I like.

Terrible customer service, went to store with my sister once my sister left they were talking a lot smack when I asked to get something down they seamed kind of mad about it, very unprofessional other merchandise is very cute but would not go back because of the staff.

I love the clothes in Versona store in Cherry Valley Mall. The manager is super friendly. She always smiles and mentioned the items the store has. The clothes are inexpensive and you cannot walk out with an clearance item. I can’t not leave out all the super cute Accessories!! I love the store and so does my teens daughters❤️
