        Susan is GREAT! I had a wonderful customer service experience today. If it weren't for Susan, I was planning to change insurance companies based upon Allstate's poor online customer service. Susan got all of my accounts linked together, helped me set up auto payments...all with a great attitude and a few laughs! Thank you, Susan:)
