I made an appointment here on Thursday 02/23/23. Heineman spent 15 mins looking at my previous return and 1099 NEC and told me Id be getting back $100.00 & that for some peculiar reason he was unable to apply my child tax credit.Now as a former Uber eats driver for the past two years I have received no less than 3,000 back since 2020. I made said point, he insisted I leave my paperwork, he would sort this out and get me a justifiable refund, and contact me soon, he also told me that he would not charge me for his services. Guess who I havent heard from?.so I called Monday AM. His secretary informed me he was on the phone at 9 AM and would reach out after that call. Guess again who I didnt hear from? I called back at 1:40 PM. When the secretary answered she reluctantly transferred my call to Heineman who got on the phone and said I havent been able to come up with any different of a number. You might want to try somewhere else. Good luck kid unprofessional and TACKY. This is why you should not accept any handouts. I never told him I needed free services nor was that my intention, was this the reason for such sloppy, negligent, work, and poor practices? I am also a grown woman and do not answer to kid it is obvious this individual did not take a second look at my paperwork and just wasted my time. I do not recommend as a matter of fact I think its time for YOU to retire kid.
