Wells Fargo Home Mortgage - Closed

This may be a bit long but I hope you stay to read. I am now a current homeowner with Wells Fargo. I was considering a refi and I had been looking at other company's but at the very end I thought about why not try Wells Fargo themselves. I did so calling and speaking to a young man who pulled up my account and looked at my account and told me that I had been late 6 times in probably about 13 years of being with Wells Fargo and he told me then and there that they would not consider me. It made me angry so I did challenge him asking him why Wells Fargo a billion dollar company would not consider someone who had been with them so long and that life did have certain challenges and sometimes finances get strained. He knew I was angry and he then tried to make things up and apologize he also at the End wanted me to continue on and make an application and I told him no thank you. Since then I have been in contact with their conflict resolution department where I spoke to a Mr. Gutierrez who was responsible for my case. This gentleman for the last 2 and a 1/2 to 3 months has postponed and postponed and delayed and delayed any final outcome from my inquiries about my complaint and/or the possibility of having Wells Fargo take on the refi for home improvement and to pay off if you credit cards. So today may 17th he called again and wanted to give me an update and the update was that they still did not have any information for me so I'm sure the plan was to get Me tired of the delays to where I would get disgusted and just bail out of the whole situation. And that is in fact what I did today I told Mr. Gutierrez that I was done stick a fork in me thank you. I see now why after looking at other reviews today that they are so low rated. I am I want to be working diligently now to try to find another company who can get me out from under Wells Fargo ****To Cory at Wells Fargo HL. thank you but as I said I'm done......You would love to string me out some more as Mr. Gutierrez has done******
