These are decent apartments just could use a few updates for the price. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, bigger refrigerators for starters.

Living here has been an excellent experience. It's nice and quiet (since you're at the end of a residential street) and I have views of trees out my front and back window. I consider the rent to be very reasonable, and parking isn't an issue. I have been especially impressed by the speed of the maintenance team--all of my maintenance requests were addressed promptly and I was very satisfied by the results. Since you're not too far from the Lloyd getting into downtown isn't an issue. Definitely consider renting here!

Basic apartments, affordable price for college student. Jim is the nicest landlord ever. You dont find ones like that anymore. He was always understanding and let me out of my lease early when I graduated. Also, maintenance guy is very kind. I never had any issues and always felt safe.
