Daughter lived at Mission Viejo for 2 years and it was a very pleasant experience. Office staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Unit was in great shape at move in and the 2 bedroom unit was very spacious. Very nice selection of amenities for an apartment complex. The monthly newsletter is helpful and they have top notch seasonal decorations. Highly recommend.

Our son recently moved here as he started his first job. The office manager, Janet, has been extremely helpful in making sure everything was right for him. She even took the extra step to get the carpets and walls re-cleaned to ensure a fresh and welcoming apartment. The staff has been very friendly and has responded quickly to any issue. We are very impressed with the community and especially the office staff. A great place!

The apartments are big and really nice. The office workers and the maintenance workers are very nice. This is a very lovely place to be.

I have lived in Mission Viejo Villas for 3 years, loved the staff, loved the apartment, but sadly I accepted a new position with work and could not justify the new drive from there. It is a stunning place, and it is a great place to call home.

Great apartment community! Staff is wonderful and take care of any needs or concerns immediately. There are so many amenities included. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live!
