Spring Valley Flats

Took a family member to view a one bedroom apartment that was "move in ready". Looks like a motel nothing like online pictures no updates. Smelled stale and musty, didn't even bother to change the completely yellow light switches and outlets. Upon entrance the tile was dirty, carpet was dirty and needed replaced went no further than the kitchenette area with the old banged up fridge and cabinets. Pretty disgusting so I can see why they are roach infested as other reviews suggest. With all that said the leasing lady in the office was very nice and informative and took time to explain the leasing process although it is a very hard PASS. Owners are slum you can tell that by the inattentive details of the grounds. DO BETTER!

Zero stars this place needs to be shut down immediately! This place is unhealthy you will become ill living here, a disgrace the health department needs to inspect this place and demolish it! Roaches everywhere!They have no maintenance staff nothing but slum lords benefiting off people terrible terrible DO NOT BY ANY MEANS live here at all!

I have not lived here but I was planning on making a long distance move to Evansville. I was speaking and working with Jamie on holding an apartment for me until I was able to move. She was outstanding with communicating with me for every step of the application and holding process and was very detailed with every step. I couldnt be anymore thankful for her, although my move fell through she was very easy with assisting me through cancelling out my hold. I definitely recommend working with her!! She is very quick with responses and getting back with any question you have!

So excited to get out of this hell hole. Management sucks & are very rude. Maintenance wont knock & will come in whenever. Will say the service request are complete but they dont actually fix it. Have been woken up to maintenance in my house, even been in the shower while they enter. They have no regards for your safety or wellbeing. They say they remodeled the apartments but painted over hair and dirt, didnt do the flooring correctly, covered a giant stain on the counter with a piece of paper when I first moved in, the cabinets have water damage so bad it looks like rats have been chewing on them, everytime swat comes the roaches from other apartments come into yours, ac box sucks so bad it barley keeps the living room at a decent temperature, neighbors are allowed to play their music so loud you can hear it 3 doors down, no above light in living room, every outlet in living room doesnt work, the place just sucks. I would rather be homeless than live in a place like this again. If I could give them negative stars I would.
