Dartt Automotive

Ive taken my vehicles to Dartt the last several years, and unless they close I wont be going anywhere else. Theres a shop about a minute from my house, and when Ive tried to go there in the past Ill wait there for a few minutes before they decide to acknowledge me without any kind of welcome, and usually act like Im an inconvenience. Everyone Ive ever spoken with at Dartt has been very friendly and extremely helpful. The crew does honest work, and Ive never heard anyone complain about crazy up charges or unnecessary work like you hear from so many others. My favorite examples for my personal vehicle are three or four years ago I took it in due to the A/C quitting. I figured it would be a pretty penny, but they found that there was just something loose in the compressor. They could have easily just sold me a new one and charged for an install. Instead they tightened it up, checked that it fixed the issue, and didnt even charge me. A few weeks ago my car wouldnt start, I checked the battery at autozone (mistake) and it tested fine, and found that the alternator is so buried that I didnt want to mess with it. It was on the weekend, but when I called Monday morning they got me in that day and had it figured out in a few hours. (It was the battery, they just had a better tester). Paid what I believe is a more than reasonable fee and they let me know a few minor things that will probably need some attention, but again, werent pushy about getting it done right then and there for the sale (as it wasnt anything that would be a safety concern). As a guy who tries to handle most minor things to try and save a buck, I can confidently say when I feel that a car problem is over my head, I will not hesitate to go to Dartt. was referred to Dartt by a friend some years back and had a positive experience then. This time was the same, they checked my Ford F150 and explained my problem to me. They gave me a time frame and costs to do the repairs. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone seeking quality repairs at a fair price.
