Barry Brinkmeyer is a excellent Criminal defense attorney for "PAYING" customers. However i did not get the performance he could have given because he was appointed to me as a "public defender- or - pro bono"
I was led to believe that i was taking a plea bargain in which id be sentenced to jailti me for a year on ct 1 ( poss. Of Meth)
But jail suspended for equal amount of Felony probation.
My only 2 requirements to me taking the plea was 1) no more daily call ins, and 2) drug charge dropped as to protect me from losing my IDOI producers licensing. HE LIED TO ME 1000%. .I STILL HAVE DAILY CALL INS, AND SINCE THE DRUG CHARGE DONT REDUCE FOR A YEAR. . IT WILL BE A LONGSHOT THE CHARGE DONT NULL MY LICENSING....
DONT TRUST HIS QUICK WORDS, AND DEFINATELY READ THE FINE PRINT.
