        I needed 3 weather tight outlets ran from the breaker box to my deck all ran in conduit. The crew from sims was here about 9am and was done about 3pm. They kept me informed of the progress and when they left and returned from lunch. I inspected the work upon completion and i looks good and is attached securely. Very professional crew did a professional job. Thanks sims electric.

      ChelseaWe are sorry you are not pleased. We spoke with your husband about the project yesterday afternoon and he seemed to understand everything. The pool pump is faulty and had pulled too much current through the switches (which had melted due to the overcurrent draw). We had to replace a GFCI breaker that was faulty as well. We diagnosed that the pump was still not working, but had power going to it. Pool pumps are specialized equipment and we recommended you to a pool service company at that point. We made sure everything was working properly to that point. Unfortunately it takes time and replacement parts to repair pools. We feel we did everything the correct way and that pools are not cheap to run or repair. We feel we replaced the parts that were necessary for life safety and completed a thorough check, but unfortunately, we do not work on pool systems themselves, as that is very specialized.
