Tech did an awesome job. I am satisfied with the services provided by Kyle. UPDATE: IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 stars, I would. First of all, customer service agent gave me a FAKE email to send my personal lease agreement to, to get a fee waived which has still not been waived despite being on the phone with multiple customer service agents. I also did not write the review above and was pretty shocked to find it written for me after giving my phone to the technician. All I want is my activation and installation fee waived per my apartment lease and for someone to understand what a bulk account means. I have seriously had it with astound and would take literally ANY other internet providers on this earth. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
