We have worked with several realtors since 1987. And, the fact is that historically our experience has been "disappointing" at best to downright "disingenuous" at the worst. However, our experience with the Rick Stephens Team is quite the opposite. Randall Parmley of Keller Williams represented us as the "buyer," and his guidance and support through the process was invaluable in walking us through a rather difficult transaction due to a few issues that came up on our end. He was always immediately available to guide us when questions or potential roadblocks cropped up. When I was ready to panic, he was there with good advice. Also, the support staff kept us "in the loop" and alerted us when things needed to be done. We are honestly so thankful that we wound up with such a stellar team. Based on our past experience, we never would have believed it possible in today's environment to have a realtor that was as professional, upfront, and supportive as this particular KW team.

My husband and I were very satisfied with Rick Stephens Team. After having a prior awful experience with a reality company, your agent was totally different. Randall was polite and answered all of our questions and we never felt rushed as though he were ready to move on swiftly. This is the reason for my five star review!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Randall Parmley and Star Thomas from the Rick Stephens team. They were absolutely incredible, especially for someone like me who was making a big move across the country to Indiana. If you are considering the Evansville area, be sure to check Randall and Star out! Both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, all my needs / questions addressed, and did everything in their power to make sure my offer on our future home was attractive! This is the team you want to work with, and I am incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with such an amazing team :)

I accepted a job offer in Evansville, so needed to find a home quickly to coordinate my relocation. Rick connected me with Randall Parmley on his team who was fantastic to work with. He knew what my partner and I wanted and coordinated the tours to maximize our schedule because we were flying into EVV to shop. Once we found a home we liked and the seller accepted the offer, Randall, with the help of their closing coordinator Star, helped close the deal by working some magic with the contractors. This is the second house I have bought with Rick Stephens. It was an awesome experience. They did all the work and walked me though every step. Star Thomas was exceptional from beginning to end. Closing was today--a week early.
