The girl who did my pedicure was very rough. When she broke my ankle bracelet she didnt even say sorry just that I shouldnt of had it on, mind you I always wear it when I went to lovely nails and they have never bothered it.

My partner had a very unpleasant experience at this salon. The male nail tech (possibly the owner) rushed her throughout her manicure. He yelled, accused, and was argumentative towards her. What was suppose to be a relaxing and pampered event, turned out to be unpleasant and uncomfortable. The tech, twisted her hands and even yelled at her to stop moving when she said it hurt. At the end of her service, she politely asked another tech to speak with her regarding the service, or lack of. This is when the male tech begun arguing about him doing a good job and refused to acknowledge the clear discomfort that was experienced. Little compensation was offered and we left feeling offended, mistreated , and unsatisfied. We will never return to this salon.
